ECHM - This staff member has successfully completed the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology Executive Certificate in Home Modification course.  This is a program of the Fall Prevention Center of Excellence at the University of Southern California, dedicated to maximizing independence for people of all ages through supportive home environments.

CAPS - This staff member has successfully completed the Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This is a program focused on home modification and design to create safer, more accessible living environments for older adults and people with disabilities. The program teaches technical business management and customer service skills to compete in the aging-in-place market. It covers topics like design, concepts, client communication, and specific home modification solutions.
