Equipment & Warehouse Coordinators

Help keep our tools, equipment, and supplies organized and ready for the next volunteer project.

Restock and organize tools and leftover project materials after each workday.

Recharge power tool batteries and inspect equipment for basic maintenance needs.

Repack toolboxes and replenish commonly used supplies.

Keep the volunteer staging and supply pickup area clean and organized.

Report damaged or missing equipment to staff.
Community Outreach Ambassador

Represent Rebuilding Together Fox Valley at community events and help spread awareness of our mission.

Staff community events, volunteer fairs, and information booths.

Share our mission and services with the public.

Help recruit volunteers and connect homeowners with available services.

Distribute brochures and promotional materials.

Serve as a friendly face and community advocate for the organization.
Safety & Compliance Coordinator

Help ensure our organization follows industry safety standards and best practices.

Review and update our safety manual alongside staff.

Assist with tracking required certifications and training records.

Help maintain OSHA and safety compliance documentation.

Review homeowner paperwork and safety forms for completeness.
