Equipment & Warehouse Coordinators

Ongoing 

​

Help keep our tools, equipment, and supplies organized and ready for the next volunteer project.

  • Restock and organize tools and leftover project materials after each workday.

  • Recharge power tool batteries and inspect equipment for basic maintenance needs.

  • Repack toolboxes and replenish commonly used supplies.

  • Keep the volunteer staging and supply pickup area clean and organized.

  • Report damaged or missing equipment to staff.

Community Outreach Ambassador

Ongoing

Represent Rebuilding Together Fox Valley at community events and help spread awareness of our mission.

  • Staff community events, volunteer fairs, and information booths.

  • Share our mission and services with the public.

  • Help recruit volunteers and connect homeowners with available services.

  • Distribute brochures and promotional materials.

  • Serve as a friendly face and community advocate for the organization.

Safety & Compliance Coordinator

Ongoing

Help ensure our organization follows industry safety standards and best practices.

  • Review and update our safety manual alongside staff.

  • Assist with tracking required certifications and training records.

  • Help maintain OSHA and safety compliance documentation.

  • Review homeowner paperwork and safety forms for completeness.

  • Recommend improvements to strengthen safety practices.​​​​​​

Warehouse Organization Team

Short-Term Project

Help transform our warehouse into an organized, efficient workspace.

​

  • Sort and organize construction materials and miscellaneous supplies.

  • Inventory tools and materials.

  • Rebuild and standardize project toolboxes.

  • Label shelves, storage bins, and equipment.

  • Create an organized system that is easy for volunteers and staff to maintain.

Development Database Assistant

Support fundraising efforts by helping maintain accurate donor records.

  • Enter donations into our donor database.

  • Update donor and volunteer records.

  • Assist with gift acknowledgments and data accuracy.

  • Help prepare mailing lists and reports.

  • Support development projects as needed.​​​​​​
