Thanks to a generous capacity-building grant from Rebuilding Together (national office), Rebuilding Together Fox Valley is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting firms to help strengthen our organizational infrastructure.

As our organization continues through a period of leadership transition and growth, we are investing in stronger internal systems, documentation, and operational processes to support long-term sustainability. The selected consultant will partner with staff to assess current operations, document institutional knowledge, standardize policies and procedures, strengthen grant management practices, and provide staff training.

​

Our goal is to build a stronger, more efficient organization that can reduce organizational risk, improve day-to-day operations, and ultimately serve more homeowners throughout our six county service area.
